Scared Cat Productions promise you ...

We understand that just because you are considering a web presence for your organisation, this does not necessarily mean you have a lot of internet knowledge. This guarantee is our way of giving you added confidence in our web design service, as you take your take your organisation into the internet age.

• We will communicate with you on a regular basis and no work will be undertaken that has not been agreed with you.
• Nothing will be charged to you unless you have approved it first.
• We will not charge for the initial consultation, or any others that occur thereafter.
• If after the initial design stage you decide not to proceed, for whatever reason, you will be charged a nominal, one off fee of £225 (less if you are a charity or NGO), and we will go our separate ways.
• Any further site maintenance that occurs after the project is completed will remain at the agreed price for 6 months
• You will be able to contact us email and mobile phone 24 hours a day, Monday to Friday, for the duration of the project

This guarantee is given under the understanding that any work undertaken on your behalf remains the copyright property of Scared Cat Productions, and is used by yourselves with our permission. This of course does not relate to the actual content of your site, but to graphics/logos & program scripts that we may design/write during the site construction. This copyright prohibits you from using these graphics/logos and program scripts anywhere other than your web site without prior permission from Scared Cat Productions.

Of course, if the site utilizes a logo that already belongs to your organisation, then this is exempt from our copyright.
